Aptean Impress provides accounts receivable functionality including invoicing, deposits and credits, but also provides two integration options for accounting software to streamline your organization’s accounting needs:

QuickBooks

Aptean Impress offers a simplified base integration tool to connect with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop.  After creating and making invoices, deposits and credits in Impress, a user-initiated posting process seamless transmits Impress data as journal entries into the correct corresponding GL accounts in QuickBooks. You’ll be able to conveniently summarize sales information and easily manage payments.

Traverse for Impress

Aptean Impress seamlessly integrates with Aptean Industrial Manufacturing ERP Traverse Edition, a robust and state-of the art accounting ERP system. Access full financial reporting with customizable views, providing real-time information regarding all aspects of your business. These two SQL-Based systems work in tandem to provide up-to-date and accurate financial reporting without any duplicate data entry. With both solutions supported, developed and managed by Aptean, you have one-dedicated team supporting your full ERP solution needs.
