Aptean has announced the appointment of Marianne Chikos as its new Chief Customer Officer (CCO). In her role as CCO, Chikos will be responsible for spearheading Aptean's customer-centric strategy, fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring the continued success and satisfaction of Aptean's diverse customer base.
As a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of experience, Chikos brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. She joined Aptean in 2012 as Vice President of Service Operations, having previously served as Vice President of Professional Services at Consona Corporation, which merged with CDC Software to form Aptean. Chikos has a proven track record of driving customer-centric initiatives and delivering exceptional results. She will play a vital role in shaping Aptean's customer experience vision, further enhancing its reputation as a trusted partner in providing innovative software solutions tailored to specific industries.
